Support
On the Management Console will be a tab for the Support options available to you all. For customers who subscribe to SecureIT, you will have a link to the Online Support Forum. If you have SecureIT Live or SecureIT Plus, you will have a Request Remote Support option.
Remote Support
If you currently have SecureIT Live or SecureIT Plus, you have access to 24X7 Technical Support. To request assistance, click on the System Tray icon or open your Management Console.There should be an icon on your system tray (down by your clock) that looks like
a white cross in a red square. Right click on that icon (using your
right mouse button) and choose to Request Remote Support. You can
also open the SecureIT Management Console from here. If you choose
from the System Tray icon, it will open directly to the Remote Support
tab.If you are in the Management Console, you can click on the Support button or click on the picture in the upper right hand corner.
Once that screen comes up, click "Request Assistance" and you will begin waiting for a technician to begin chatting with you. If you would prefer to communicate over the phone, you can contact us at 1-877-373-3320. This window will be used either way to assist with the remote connection.
